Cas Sullivan, Director

Cas grew up in Coushatta, Louisiana, and is excited to be doing college ministry in his home state. He graduated from Louisiana Tech and earned his M.A. in Biblical Counseling from Southwestern Seminary. Cas loves college ministry because college is such a pivotal time in a student’s life. He is passionate about coming alongside students to help them solidify their faith as they are deciding who they really are. Cas firmly believes you can reach the world through the college campus. He is married to Kayla and is a proud “girl dad” to Ella and Emmie.

Hannah watts, admin assistant

Hannah is a 2018 graduate from UL Lafayette and was heavily involved in the BCM through her undergrad experience. After being an elementary gifted teacher for 6 years, she eagerly returned to work at the BCM in 2024 and loves getting to play a part in discipling college students. She particularly loves helping students study scripture and navigate life through a Biblical worldview as they learn how to navigate their faith as adults. She is married to Ryan, and together they have two daughters, Margot and Mabel. The whole Watts family loves being part of what God is doing at the BCM!
