Agree to Parking Lot Regulations *

Read the following regulations and click the agree checkbox below. 1. A parking spot costs $275 per semester. This price is subject to change from semester to semester. 2. Parking Permits must be visible at all time (preferably on your rear-view mirror). This permit is protects your vehicle from getting 'warnings' and from being booted. It will cost $20 to get a boot removed. 3. The lot will be patrolled on a regular basis. You will be taking a chance if you park without your permit. If you see cars parking without permits, please inform us. 4. Each car on the lot MUST have a permit. If you will be driving a second car with your permit, please make sure we have the proper information on that vehicle (registration & insurance), and that you transfer your permit to that vehicle. If you must replace your permit, it will cost $5 for a replacement. 5. Under extreme circumstances, a permit can be revoked before a semester is over by the BCM Director. There will be NO REFUND for the revoked permit. 6. The back 5 spaces are wider and should be reserved for larger trucks and SUVs. If you drive a car or smaller SUV, please park in other spaces unless all other spots are filled. 7. Please be aware of and respectful of all other cars in the lot. 8. BCM is not liable for any damage done to the vehicle or any items stolen from the vehicle while it is parked in our parking lot. Make sure to park fully in your space and to lock your vehicle.
