what is the Spring Shindig?

Our Spring Shindig is not just a fundraising event but a celebration of the BCM at UL’s impact in our community. Here is what you can expect this year:

·         Join Our Mission: Learn about what BCM offers to UL students including international/local missions, weekly small group Bible studies, leadership development, weekly free lunch and worship events, connecting students to local churches and businesses, and even an internship program for graduates and seminary students.

·         Hear Compelling Testimonies: Both current students and alumni will share their stories of how BCM has impacted their lives and the lives of those around them.

·         Connect through Conversation: Enjoy a great dinner with other fellow supporters and leaders in our area, perhaps making connections that go beyond the event.

·         Bid for Impact: Engage in both live and silent auctions featuring unique memorabilia and experiences that will contribute to BCM’s impact.

·         Empower through Sponsorship: Explore the various ways you can partner with BCM through sponsorship of the event itself or even more long term investments in our ministry and our Campus Missionaries program.

How to become a sponsor:

If you or your business want to become a sponsor for Shindig, there are three ways to do that.

  1. Become an official sponsor at one of our sponsorship levels shown in the graphic below. These levels will also secure you seats/tables at the event for you, your family, your family, and/or your employees/co-workers. This will also secure you a spot in our event brochure and promotion on all of our social media platforms.

  2. Donate an item or experience for our live and silent auctions. This could be memorabilia, art, a trip, a fishing charter, gift certificates, gift baskets, homemade crafts/decor, or any number of things.

  3. If you do not want to attend the event but still want to contribute, you can make a general donation to the event. This could still get you a spot in our event brochure and promotion on social media if your donation is equivalent to our sponsorship levels shown below.

All donations will qualify you to receive tax deductible credit. Click the following button to give now, or email us at bcmragincajuns@gmail.com for more information. 100 % of all proceeds go toward our ministry with the students (not staff).

How to Attend the event:

Even if you are unable to sponsor the event and purchase seats for the event, we will have a number of seats that are paid for that need to be filled.
